This week sees the final round of second legs in the last-16 of this season's UEFA Champions League.
Manchester City and Bayern Munich take comfortable leads into this week's games while Real Madrid and Chelsea take impressive one goal advantages into their home games.
Matchday FM pundit Chris Coughlin gives his predictions for the week's action...
Man City v Gladbach - Tues 16th March, 8pm (2-0)
Chris Coughlin
I could keep this short and sweet and say "Man City" but I might as well pad it out a bit more. This tie, for me, is all but done with City just needing to make sure they see the job throughout in the Puskas Arena in Budapest. They were incredibly comfortable in the first leg, winning 2-0 with goals from Bernardo Silva & Gabriel Jesus &, barring defeat in the Manchester City, have been perfect ever since. Borussia Monchengladbach, however, must just be wanting this season to finish. Since boss Marco Rose confirmed he was leaving the club to take over at Borussia Dortmund, Die Fohlen have been in absolute freefall. They've lost seven of their last eight games in all competitions either side of the first leg defeat to City and lie in 10th place at the Bundesliga, way off the pace in the battle for European football next season. Barring something dramatic and almost unfathomable, Pep Guardiola's side will be in the quarter-finals as they search for their first ever European Cup title.
Prediction: 3-0 (5-0)
Real Madrid v Atalanta - Tues 16th March, 8pm (1-0)
Chris Coughlin
Given the inconsistency in some of Real Madrid's displays this season, both domestically and in the Champions League, I thought their first leg win in Bergamo was really impressive. The hosts were controversially down to 10 men in the first half after Remo Freuler's red card but continued to dig in until Ferland Mendy curled home a beautiful right-foot strike from 25 years to give the record European Cup winners a potentially crucial away goal advantage. Atalanta have won three of their four Serie A games since the first leg and their free flowing attacking football will no doubt pose a threat to Zinedine Zidane's side as they look for an historic turnaround. Real Madrid fell at the last-16 stage last season to Manchester City but I think they'll have enough to fend off a spirited display from the Italians. I think there's a good chance Atalanta will score but I see Real's firepower taking them over the finishing line in the tie.
Prediction: 3-1 (4-1)
Chelsea v Atletico Madrid - Wed 17th March, 8pm (1-0)
Chris Coughlin
This is arguably the most intriguing second leg of the entire round. Chelsea have been much improved under Thomas Tuchel and, for me, their best result and performance of the German's reign so far came in Bucharest last month as Olivier Giroud's controversial wondergoal claimed a superb 1-0 win against La Liga leaders Atletico Madrid. Many of the Stamford Bridge faithful might feel that was the hard part of the job done depsite Atletico's undoubted quality going forward in the likes of Luis Suarez, Joao Felix and Marcos Llorente who knows all about scoring decisive goals against English clubs in the round of 16 - just ask Liverpool. The big problem facing Atletico and Diego Simeone is breaking Chelsea down. They need two goals to go through on the night without penalties, as many as Chelsea have conceded in ten Premier League games since Tuchel's arrival. This will be a tight, tactical battle. I'm not expecting a classic in East London but this will be a very interesting watch. I'm going to just about side with Chelsea given how impressive they've been at the back in recent months but this tie really could go either way.
Prediction: 1-1 (2-1)
Bayern Munich v Lazio - Wed 17th March, 8pm (4-1)
Chris Coughlin
In similar fashion to my Manchester City prediction, instead of simply saying "Bayern Munich," I'll use this opportunity to rave about the defending Champions League champions. In many ways, this season hasn't been straight forward for Bayern Munich even with their current stranglehold on the Bundesliga title race and control of this last-16 tie. Germany's record champions were knocked out the DFB Pokal by second division Holstein Kiel and have conceded 35 goals this season in the league, the most of any of the top four. Where you cannot criticise them, however, is up front. They are absolutely terrifying. Their victory in Rome last month was inspired by a counter attacking display from Leroy Sane who is still finding his feet after joining from Manchester City in the summer. The pace of Sane, Kingsley Coman & Alphonso Davies combined with the predatory instincts of Robert Lewandowski make Hansi Flick's side my favourites to win the competition and retain their title. With all due respect to Lazio, they are heading to Munich simply to make up the numbers and complete the tie. Bayern will dot the i's and cross the t's at the Allianz before taking their place in Friday's draw.
Prediction: 4-0 (8-1)
