This season, the team's predictions will be available in weekly articles and they'll be in competition with a league too!

Read our pundits predictions below...

Brentford P-P Manchester Utd

Norwich v Aston Villa - Tuesday 14th December (7:45pm)

Harry Reynolds

Dean Smith has impressed me at Norwich so far, and they arguably should’ve got at least a point against Man United, but for an inspired David De Gea. It’ll be strange facing his former team so early into his tenure, but they’ll feel they can get something from this. Steven Gerrard has undeniably improved Villa in the last month, and I think he’ll get the win against his predecessor.

Prediction: 0-1

Chris Coughlin: 0-2

Ryan Kirk: 0-2

Chris Stott: 0-2

Joe Richardson: 1-2

Manchester City v Leeds - Tuesday 14th December (8pm)

Chris Coughlin

It wasn't pretty for City on Saturday but they got the job done against Wolves in rather fortuitous fashion. I think they'll have an easier time of it against Leeds even though the visitors gave Chelsea a scare at the weekend with the Blues needing a penalty deep into stoppage time to win it. Leeds will have a go, they rarely don't, but I can only see that playing into City's hands.

Prediction: 3-0

Ryan Kirk: 2-0

Harry Reynolds: 3-1

Chris Stott: 3-1

Joe Richardson: 2-1

Brighton v Wolves - Wednesday 15th December (7:30pm)

Harry Reynolds

Wolves haven’t scored for four games, and they didn’t look like they even tried to against Man City. Raul Jimenez will, therefore, be a huge miss as he serves his suspension for one of the most stupid red cards of all time. However, Brighton are without a number of key players, and they’ve not won since the middle of September. This won’t be a classic, but it’s a good chance for Wolves to get back to winning ways.

Prediction: 0-1

Chris Coughlin: 0-2

Ryan Kirk: 1-1

Chris Stott: 0-0

Joe Richardson: 0-2

Burnley P-P Watford

Crystal Palace v Southampton - Wednesday 15th December (7:30pm)

Ryan Kirk

Sunday's win for Palace against Everton was impressive. Yes the Toffees haven't been good at all recently but Palace came into the game off the back of three defeats in a row so needed a big performance to get out of it. Southampton have had injury after injury recently and now Che Adams is set to miss the game. I'm going for Patrick Vieira's men to make it back-to-back wins.

Prediction: 2-1

Chris Coughlin: 2-0

Harry Reynolds: 2-1

Chris Stott: 1-1

Joe Richardson: 1-0

Arsenal v West Ham - Wednesday 15th December (8pm)

Joe Richardson

Fair play to Mikel Arteta. I didn't see Arsenal in a battle for the top four especially after their start to the season but they've done really well to claw their way back up there. West Ham, meanwhile, have been on a really weird run. They've beaten Liverpool and Chelsea but lost to Wolves and failed to score against Burnley. Arsenal have also been very good defensively but I think this will be a really good game.

Prediction: 2-1

Chris Coughlin: 3-2

Ryan Kirk: 2-2

Harry Reynolds: 1-1

Chris Stott: 0-1

Joe Richardson: 2-1

Leicester v Spurs - Thursday 16th December (7:30pm)

Chris Stott

This is a really weird game to predict because we simply don't know the situation that Spurs will be in after their Covid break if you want to call it that. Leicester got a much needed win against Newcastle but I think most if not all teams in the league would've beaten Newcastle the way they played at the King Power. I'm going for a draw because I really can't decide here.

Prediction: 1-1

Chris Coughlin: 2-1

Ryan Kirk: 1-1

Harry Reynolds: 2-2

Chris Stott: 1-1

Joe Richardson: 2-1

Chelsea v Everton - Thursday 16th December (7:45pm)

Harry Reynolds

I think most Evertonians gave Rafa Benitez a chance at Goodison, but I can’t imagine there are many that don’t want him sacked now. A run of 5 points from a possible 30 means he’s already on borrowed time, and the defeat at Crystal Palace on Sunday was embarrassing. The football is turgid, and Benitez is alienating the club’s best players. Chelsea haven’t been at their peak lately and needed a dubious late penalty to get past Leeds, but this will be a walk in the park. Everton haven’t scored at Stamford. Bridge since January 2016, and I don’t see that changing.

Prediction: 5-0

Chris Coughlin: 4-0

Ryan Kirk: 2-0

Chris Stott: 3-0

Joe Richardson: 2-0

Liverpool v Newcastle - Thursday 16th December (8pm)

Chris Coughlin

After going on a record-breaking run of scoring two or more goals, Liverpool have managed to grind out two 1-0 wins in their last two league games against Wolves and Aston Villa but that was down to their own finishing as much as anything. Newcastle hadn't exactly started well under Eddie Howe before the weekend thumping by Leicester but result certainly brought the Magpies back down to earth after a moral boosting win over Burnley. Surely this is a home banker...isn't it?

Prediction: 3-0

Ryan Kirk: 3-0

Harry Reynolds: 4-0

Chris Stott: 4-0

Joe Richardson: 3-0
