Leeds v Arsenal - Saturday 18th December (5:30pm)
Chris Coughlin
Brutal. That's how I'd describe Leeds' defeat to City in midweek. Yes, they've had injuries and players missing but to lose 7-0 at this level isn't good enough regardless of the quality of opposition. I'm not expecting the same scoreline against Arsenal but I'm expecting the same result. Arsenal have crept up the table and are making a real push for European football as a minimum with a top four finish certainly not out of reach for Arteta's side.
Prediction: 0-2

Joe Richardson: 1-2
Chris Stott: 1-1
Wolves v Chelsea - Sunday 19th December (2pm)

This will be a really cagey game; Wolves showed last week they’re a decent defensive unit, and Chelsea are reeling from a loss of form. Having just about got past Leeds, they were held at home by an Everton team that were missing around a dozen senior players. If this game gets to the hour mark and Wolves are level, they could make it really difficult for the visitors. However, Chelsea create so many chances I think they’ll be able to bounce back.
Prediction: 1-2
Ryan Kirk: 1-1
Joe Richardson: 1-1

Newcastle v Man City - Sunday 19th December (2pm)

Even when Newcastle went 1-0 up at Anfield, you still felt it was inevitable that they’d lose. Whether that’s a mark of how good Liverpool are, or how bad Newcastle are, the result is the same. Eddie Howe has failed to sure up the Toon’s defence, which is not a surprise given his horrific record at Bournemouth in that regard. I think this will be another brutal game for them, and Man City should absolutely rip them to shreds.
Prediction: 0-3
Ryan Kirk: 0-3
Joe Richardson: 1-3
Chris Coughlin: 0-3
Chris Stott: 0-3
Tottenham v Liverpool - Sunday 19th December (4:30pm)
Ryan Kirk
I'm not sure anyone knows what to expect from Spurs here. Will they be fresh? Will they still be jaded after having games called off due to covid? We'll have to wait and see. Liverpool, meanwhile, are set to still be without Virgil van Dijk, Fabinho and Curtis Jones but they also showed no signs of stopping their rampant form against Newcastle. I think this game could be tight but I think Liverpool will get over the line here.
Prediction: 1-2
Harry Reynolds: 0-3
Joe Richardson: 0-2
Chris Coughlin: 0-3
Chris Stott: 0-2
